21/07 - Rivers, Stomp and Anims
Hello there !
We're back after a short but meaningful week, half-cut by holidays. Yay productivity!
Map generation
We used this time to upgrade our map generator with rivers and lakes and nice stuff, which is, hey, nice!
We hope you find this as cool as we do ! A big thanks to Sebastian Lague for his amazing series on YouTube which was very instructive, interesting and inspiring.
Abilities
We fixed a dash issue, and now it's noice (pro-tip : root-motion and rigidbody magic need a little help to blend well together).
Additionally, we made a stomp. Stomp.
Animation
We're working on the completion of the monsters movements and attacks, and pretty much dedicating our next devlog to it. Looking forward to show you some nice moves!
